Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plant Manager position include:

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing management/supervisor role.
• Experience in truck mechanics, metal fabrication, or a related manufacturing field.
• Leading a team of at least 5 employees, handling hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Overseeing production schedules, inventory control, and financial health of the plant.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing to improve customer communication and satisfaction.
• Driving continuous improvement and fostering a positive work culture.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonuses.
