The Plant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the plant leveraging resources to meet customer needs and economic profit performance.

* Proven history or ability to demonstrate safe / responsible behavior, and a positive performance record (including attendance)
* BS Degree preferred with 5 years manufacturing experience preferred or 5 prior manufacturing management experience.
