Job Overview: Modern Litho is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our 3rd shift. In this key role, you will manage the production team, ensure high-quality output, maintain safety standards, and optimize production workflows. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a strong background in printing operations or manufacturing, and have the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all night shift production operations, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Lead and supervise a diverse team of operators and technicians.
• Manage equipment performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
• Conduct quality control checks and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure material availability.
• Communicate production progress and challenges to the day shift team.
• Ensure customer jobs are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial printing or manufacturing, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of offset and digital printing processes and bindery equipment.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• High school diploma required; relevant certifications in printing or management are a plus.
• OSHA certification or similar safety training is a bonus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work the 3rd shift (Monday-Thursday, 9:00 pm - 7:00 am).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a noisy, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Compensation:

• $80k - $100k annually
• Full benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
