Base Salary: $140k - $165k + bonus/stock

Job Duties:
- Lead day-to-day plant operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and a seamless flow of production.
- Maximize production output, capacity, and flexibility while minimizing costs, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Oversee product quality, on-time shipping, and continuous improvements in manufacturing processes.
- Effectively allocate resources and ensure assets are fully optimized for peak performance.
- Align plant strategies with corporate initiatives, providing clear direction and focus to the team.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive environment, leveraging team members' strengths for collective success.
- Drive employee engagement and participation in site programs, encouraging a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for reducing waste and improving efficiency.
- Champion plant safety by ensuring all safety protocols are rigorously followed and continuously improved.
- Lead capital projects and employee training programs to achieve productivity and volume goals.
- Develop, manage, and execute site budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Coach and develop the management team, fostering leadership growth across all levels.
- Guide teams in utilizing Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards, maintaining a safe and legally compliant operation.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry is required.
- Proven experience in a PSM (Process Safety Management) environment.
- Strong background in safety management systems and operational leadership.
- Expertise in driving process improvements, cost reduction, and quality optimization.
