Hire Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $130-140K/YR

Job Duties:
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the manufacturing facility and implement lean manufacturing and quality processes using tools such as 80/20, PLS, In-Lining, and MRD to achieve operational excellence and enhance profitability.
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
- Depending on the business scope and size, the Plant Manager may also serve as the Site Leader, coordinating corporate and regional functions like engineering, IT, finance, and human resources located on-site.
- Execute strategic initiatives from the Division, aligning team processes to enhance operational performance and foster continuous improvement.
- Optimize the use of human resources, champion leadership development, and nurture internal talent. Identify and prepare key leaders for future roles.
- Monitor and manage the facility's financial performance, implementing policies to achieve the annual plan and long-range goals.
- Address operational, quality, and maintenance issues proactively to minimize costs and prevent delays.
- Promote and exemplify the company’s core values, demonstrating integrity, trust, simplicity, respect, and a collaborative approach to risk-taking.
- Regularly review productivity and capacity utilization, including the use of external processing.
- Ensure a safe working environment within manufacturing operations, prioritizing safety protocols and practices.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with emphasis on business courses, or equivalent management experience (minimum 5 years)
- Good command of English, both written and oral for effective communication with other company units and business leaders.
- Practical experience leading lean manufacturing operations.
- Excellent time management, prioritization and project management skills.
- Strong business analytical skills, solid financial abilities including working knowledge of budgeting.
- Exceptional track record of developing and implementing operational plans to improve efficiency.
- Ability to manage complexity and change.
- Demonstrated ability to make tough business and leadership decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to lead through influence vs. direct managerial control.
- Ability to identify and develop future leaders/managers.
- Willing and able to travel.
