Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the plant, including production, maintenance, quality control, and shipping.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage plant budgets and monitor production costs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
- Lead, coach, and develop plant staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance.
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify trends, forecast needs, and support decision-making processes.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal use of manufacturing resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.

- Reporting: Generate regular reports on production performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics for management review.

Qualifications:
