Plant Maintenance Mechanic - Twin City Staffing

Join our team as a plant maintenance mechanic, where you'll play a critical role in maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical background looking to make a difference in a dynamic environment.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and perform necessary repairs on equipment
• Run diagnostic tests and replace broken parts as needed
• Align, calibrate, and test machine parts to ensure proper functionality
• Install, assemble, and inspect new machines and equipment for operation
• Interpret and understand blueprints, electrical, and mechanical schematics
• Perform welding and fabrication duties, as well as rigging and pipefitting tasks
• Engage in additional facility maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical device repairs
• Conduct routine truck servicing and perform safety inspections
• Maintain cleanliness and security of all grounds

• Strong mechanical aptitude and inclination
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial or similar maintenance roles
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check
