Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Overview: Responsible for overseeing maintenance on all plant machinery, including compressed air systems, heat reclaimers, boilers, HVAC, water softeners, and electrical systems. Manage a team of maintenance mechanics to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications preferred.
