We're looking for a dynamic, driven Financial Controller to join our team and lead the financial functions at our manufacturing plant. What You'll Do:

• Take charge of all financial functions for the production plant, from day-to-day reporting to long-term strategy
• Lead and mentor the Senior Plant Accountant and Senior Account Clerk, guiding a talented team to success
• Oversee financial reporting to corporate, as well as budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Drive cost accounting activities, product costing, capacity planning, and time studies to ensure operational efficiency
• Analyze operational costs and variances to identify opportunities for improvement
• Implement and maintain improvements to our financial systems, ensuring they remain cutting-edge and efficient
• Prepare special studies and projects with precision, meeting deadlines while providing valuable insights to management
• Act as a key member of the Management Team, contributing to strategic planning and budgeting
