Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Plant Controller to join its growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the plant, ensuring all financial statements and reports are accurate and timely.
- Lead the development and implementation of the plant's annual budget and forecasts, working closely with plant management and corporate finance.
- Conduct regular financial analysis, including variance and cost analysis, and provide strategic recommendations based on findings.
- Ensure financial policies and procedures are followed within the plant, and implement new policies as needed.
- Collaborate with plant management to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Oversee the plant's financial systems, ensuring they are efficient and effective.
- Manage the plant's financial risk, ensuring all financial controls are in place and effective.
- Provide strong leadership to the plant's finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Work closely with corporate finance to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required. An MBA or CPA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Plant Controller role.
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
- Experience with ERP systems is required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial issues.
- High level of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
