Plant Controller at KBW Financial

KBW has partnered with a successful manufacturer in their search for a Divisional Controller. This is a role with one of the premier companies in the area and represents a significant career opportunity.

Responsibilities for the Plant Controller include:

• Develop and implement cost standards
• Cost analysis to determine variances and understand root cause
• Inventory management and valuation
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify cost saving opportunities
• Ensure financial statements comply with GAAP
• Assist with budget and forecast
• Ensure SOX compliance
• Develop and implement process improvements

Requirements for the Plant Controller:

• More than five years accounting experience with prior leadership
• A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Prior experience in a manufacturing company
• Good systems skills

Compensation: Up to $150,000 with a strong benefits package.
