This role is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about driving financial performance, implementing cost control measures, and providing valuable financial insights to support our business decisions. You will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the manufacturing plant, including P&L, COGS, budgeting, and cost accounting. You will also have the chance to work with ERP systems and other advanced accounting tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

1. Oversee all financial operations of the manufacturing plant, including P&L, COGS, budgeting, and cost accounting.
2. Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and ensure financial stability.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Manufacturing industry, with proven expertise in P&L, COGS, budgeting, and cost accounting.
3. Extensive experience with ERP systems and other advanced accounting tools.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and cost accounting techniques.
5. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide valuable insights.
6. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and influence at all levels of the organization.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
8. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
