Your Key Responsibilities
- Control and monitoring of delivery schedules sent by customers
- Review order management
- Editing of received customer orders to align and enter them into systems
- Control with sales if orders are in alignment with customer contract provisions
- Maintains delivery schedules in systems and ensures correct EDI transfer
- Control incoming orders and clarify high fluctuations with customer before releasing them in system
- Maintains Customer Master Data
- Initiate Returns Goods Acknowledgement process
- Address customer inquiries regarding price and availability
- Complete and submit customer credits/ debits, RGA, and deduction records
- Provide timely feedback to customers
- Alignment of goals and tasks with manager to ensure applicable qualification as defined in qualification matrix
- Support and adherence to local, regional and global KPIs for example: Delivery reliability, Past Dues, Inventory DOH, Logistics Cost, Premium freight, Planning attainment
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in SCM, Engineering or business-related field or equivalent qualification with demonstrated competency
- Previous experience in sales, production, planning or purchasing preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing environment or fast-paced environment preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills
- Goal and results oriented
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prefer previous experience with ERP systems (SAP)
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology
