We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Retail Wireless Finance to lead and shape financial strategies across our Retail Wireless division. This role is integral to driving analytical excellence, fostering team growth, and providing valuable insights to support executive decision-making in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Retail Wireless Finance team in developing and presenting quarterly subscriber value calculations for current and future Retail Wireless companies.
• Oversee data collection for various analytical projects, including M&A activities and ad hoc projects.
• Perform financial modeling for M&A activity, particularly Wireless-related transactions.
• Mentor team managers and analysts in creating complex models to optimize Retail Wireless strategies.
• Analyze financial data and present actionable recommendations to leadership and executives.
• Collaborate with operational groups to identify opportunities for performance improvement and Retail Wireless expansion.
• Represent the CFO department and Retail Wireless in cross-functional meetings and discussions.
• Create and manage financial reports to monitor key metrics, interpret financial results, and highlight areas of concern or opportunity.
• Develop and report on the Retail Wireless budget and support quarterly earnings/analyst calls, presentations, and Board of Directors meetings.

Requirements

• MBA from a nationally recognized, accredited university is preferred; equivalent experience with an undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting will be considered.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite. Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., Microsoft Access, SQL) and OneStream is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and concise materials.
• Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for mathematical concepts (e.g., discounted cash flow analysis, statistics, probabilities) and the ability to derive insights from data.
• Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success managing teams in a fast-paced, high-output environment and mentoring individuals to achieve professional growth.
• Collaboration: Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to build productive relationships with executives and cross-functional teams.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $63-73/per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered
