OVERVIEW OF THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT ROLE:

• The Planning and Development Assistant will provide administrative support to the Planning and Development team, including organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
• The Planning and Development Assistant will assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• The Planning and Development Assistant will support the coordination of site visits, inspections, and meetings with contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT:

• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with Adobe, word, and excel.
