This position provides a challenging opportunity to work in a team responsible for the manufacturing, testing and deployment of validation vehicles of the next generation of *** products for the validation community. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Coordinates, communicates and drives execution of manufacturing planning schedules, forecasts, materials and build plan to meet business and customer requirements.
* Creates HW sampling events and manages demand from customers.
* Purchase order placement and logistics coordination.
* Works closely and directly with design engineers from the design to the manufacturing of custom parts.
* Aligns HW delivery priorities and deployment plan with project manager.
* Communicates with all stakeholders to keep all parties informed of manufacturing progress or delays.
* Executes contractual requirements as well as meets with suppliers to discuss performance, cost opportunities, and future operational strategies.
* Partners with the factories to drive the lowest possible materials and service impact to HW availability.
* Participates in the development and improvement of systems and tools to drive efficiencies across the organization.
* Works with cross organizational teams to solve problems and drive supply chain solutions.
* Maintains accurate records, analyzes data and prepares reports and improvement plans independently.
* Understands pricing structures for each project, financial planning cycles and records.
* Is familiar with QA process and the impact on logistics (testing).
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (required) in Industrial Engineering, Business or other field relevant to Supply Chain management.
* Good English communication skills, in both verbal and written.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
* Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge.
* Good interpersonal and stakeholder management.
* Able to work independently.
* Team work and customer obsessed.
* Discipline, sense of urgency and excellent attention to detail.
* Challenges the status quo and proactive in driving changes.
