A renowned law firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate professional who is committed to advocating for the rights of individuals who have suffered personal injury. As a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for handling cases from intake through resolution, providing legal advice to clients, and representing them in negotiations and court proceedings. If you are a self-motivated, detail-oriented attorney with a proven track record in personal injury law, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases, advocating for their rights and best interests.
2. Conduct thorough case investigations to uncover the facts and evidence necessary for a successful claim.
3. Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, and motions.
4. Engage in settlement negotiations with defendants and their counsel, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
5. Represent clients in court, presenting compelling arguments and evidence to support their claims.
6. Stay updated on developments in personal injury law and utilize this knowledge to benefit clients and the firm.
7. Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure effective case management.
8. Provide clients with exceptional service, maintaining open communication and keeping them informed about the status of their cases.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney.
4. Proven track record of success in handling personal injury cases, with substantial experience in trial and settlement negotiations.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
6. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients' rights and interests.
7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and effectively communicate legal information in a clear and understandable manner.
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. A high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to the firm's success and client satisfaction.
