Seeking a 3-10+ years' experienced Litigation Attorney with Plaintiffs Medical Malpractice experience for a well-established Plaintiffs firm in Alburquerque, NM. The ideal candidate to have strong writing skills, attention to detail, heavy experience in high-volume case management in Personal Injury and Civil Litigation. They are looking to bring on an individual that will bring an energized dynamic to a firm culture dedicated to innovation and growth and flexibility. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strong commitment representing victims of medical malpractice
• Analyze and evaluate medical records, reports, and testimonies
• Understanding of medical terminologies and procedures
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, legal research
• Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, negotiating settlements

Base compensation $90K-$110K/annum DOE, (senior attorneys considered for higher comp), plus bonus and full benefits.
