An award-winning San Fernando Valley law firm seeks a seasoned and accomplished Plaintiff Personal Injury Senior Attorney to join its legal team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing plaintiff personal injury cases, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage plaintiff personal injury cases, overseeing all aspects from intake through resolution, ensuring optimal client representation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies for personal injury cases, considering each client's unique circumstances.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on personal injury laws, statutes, and precedents, staying abreast of legal developments in the field.
• Conduct initial client consultations, assess case viability, and provide clear and realistic expectations regarding potential outcomes.
• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Engage in settlement negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel, striving for favorable client outcomes.
• Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials, presenting compelling arguments and examining witnesses.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case developments and addressing inquiries.
• Stay current with changes in personal injury laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and adapting legal strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership in California.
• Five (5)+ years of proven experience as an attorney specializing in plaintiff personal injury cases is required.
• Extensive experience in handling personal injury cases, from pre-litigation through trial.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective representation, client communication, and negotiation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to legal challenges.
• Ability to adapt to evolving laws, case dynamics, and client needs.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary:

$100,000 - $170,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications
