We have partnered with a Plaintiff Personal Injury firm located near Santa Fe Springs that has a great opportunity for someone to step into a leadership position. The firm has been established since 2018 and has experienced substantial growth since 2020. They are seeking someone who is comfortable taking cases to trial that can oversee the litigation. Although there are only about 10 cases in active litigation with this boutique firm, the business is continuing to grow and has an established support staff and litigation paralegal in place. The owner of the law firm is currently managing the cases on their own and is in a position where they would like to pass the litigation cases over to someone and put them in charge. They are offering competitive bonuses and % on cases and are looking for the right candidate to take the next step in their career.

Ideal Candidate

6+ years civil litigation with some experience in personal injury (plaintiff or defense)
Experience with pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions and ability to work up cases
Trial experience- confident sitting first chair and taking cases to trial
JD from an accredited American Bar Association Law School
Licensed and in good standing- California
Ability to be in the office M-F

Compensation will depend on a combination of education and experience. Full benefits and bonus structure in place.
