We are an established law firm seeking a seasoned Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. Our firm specializes in personal injury, mass tort, and plaintiff representation, with a focus on cases involving abuse claims, defective products, diseases, toxic torts, and medical malpractice. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule, allowing our team to balance their professional and personal lives. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal injury plaintiff representation.
Responsibilities:
As a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for:
1. Representing clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or argue for plaintiff rights.
2. Interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for clients involved in personal injury cases.
3. Conducting research and analysis of legal problems, including the investigation of factual evidence.
4. Evaluating findings and developing strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
5. Negotiating settlements of civil disputes, striving for the best possible outcome for our clients.
6. Handling cases involving abuse claims, defective products, diseases, toxic torts, and medical malpractice.
7. Collaborating with our legal team to develop effective case strategies and enhance the firm's reputation in the legal community.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a personal injury attorney.
3. Proven experience with mass tort, plaintiff representation, abuse claims, defective products, diseases, toxic torts, and medical malpractice cases.
4. Exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
6. Strong ethical and professional standards.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
8. Ability to manage a large caseload and work within strict deadlines.
9. Active membership and good standing with the state bar.
