Job Summary:

A leading law firm specializing in personal injury litigation is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases and a commitment to advocating for the rights of injured individuals. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact to the firm and represent clients throughout Nevada. 

Responsibilities: 

⦁ Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings. 

⦁ Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases from start to finish.

⦁ Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

⦁ Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other involved parties. 

⦁ Collaborate with legal support staff and other attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

⦁ Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and trends in personal injury litigation.

Qualifications:

⦁ Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

⦁ Admission to the Nevada State Bar in good standing.

⦁ At least 3 years of experience practicing plaintiff personal injury law. 

⦁ Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions, hearings, and trials.

⦁ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. 

⦁ Ability to work with both independently and as part of a team.

⦁ Dedication to providing high-quality legal representation and advocating for clients' rights.
