Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple cases, from trial preparation to execution.
- Manage depositions, motions, and discovery.
- Evaluate and advise on professional liability claims.
- Specialize in cases against underpaying insurers.
- Juggle and prioritize multiple cases effectively.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Ca
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in plaintiff litigation, with a focus on personal injury, wrongful death, and fire litigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
