Job Description | The Contractor shall perform services including, but not limited to: i. Perform full-service PIV credentialing services (e.g., sponsorship, enrollment, printing, activating, scheduling appointments, and PIN reset) as required ensuring compliance with applicable Agency, FBI, and /GSA USAccess requirements to meet customer requirements. ii. Initiate eAPPs via NBIS for federal employees and FRTIB HQ contractors. iii. Complete required training for access to various personnel vetting applications (e.g., NBIS and OPM NP2 Portal, CVS, HSPD 12 and OPM Secure Messaging email) and effectively and efficiently use those applications to complete tasks. iv. Maintain Agency, DCSA, and OPM Trusted Workforce Metrics as applicable and appropriate. v. Perform RapBack, Continuous Vetting, and HSPD 12 enrollment/unenrollment activities as appropriate. vi. Activate and remove employee/contractor access privileges in physical access control systems as appropriate and applicable. vii. Conduct CVS searches to verify background investigation status. viii. Enter onboarding employees as applicable in vetting systems. ix. Initiate background investigations as applicable using National Background Investigation Services (NBIS). x. Notify employees and contractors of background investigation status. xi. Perform daily PIV card badge reader check using Datawatch Access Control System to determine number of employees in building. xii. Enter onboarding employees in Emergency Alert and Notification System. xiii. Remove offboarding employees in Emergency Alert and Notification System. xiv. Terminate offboarding employees in USAccess. xv. Perform data-entry sponsorship duties in USAccess. xvi. Schedule fingerprint enrollment and PIV card activation appointments. xvii. Perform PIV card registrar services to process background investigations. xviii. Program PIV cards to receive building access as deemed appropriate. xix. Monitor PIV card certificates and renewals status and perform updates when required. xxi. Other PV admin support as needed to meet ODNI and OPM requirements |
