The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and schedules for plumbing piping projects. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial construction and a focus on healthcare projects, ensuring budgets and timelines are met with precision and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as an Estimator with expertise in piping for plumbing systems.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes.
• Experience with healthcare projects is a significant plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Proficiency in developing accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Ability to analyze plans and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for working with clients, vendors, and project teams.
