About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** PICU **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) **Guaranteed Hours:** Information Not Provided **Experience:** 1 Year PICU Experience Required **License:** CA RN License **Certifications:** AHA BLS **Must-Have:** Ability to float between units **Job Description:** - Provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit. - Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to evaluate and implement individualized care plans. - Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and medical histories. - Offer support and education to patient families and caregivers. - Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and privacy. - Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.
