We are looking for a Pickup and Delivery Driver to enhance the guest service experience by picking up guest vehicles at their home or place of work and transporting the vehicle to the dealership for service; and, when service is completed, delivering the vehicle back to the guest’s home or place of work.

Responsibilities
- Maintain friendly, professional, and efficient demeanor
- Operate company and guest owned vehicles for pickup and delivery
- Drive vehicle to the destination by ensuring that right speed limit is adhered to
- Always obey traffic laws
- Use good judgment and safe driving skills
- Complete vehicle safety checks per company policy and operate vehicle within safety guidelines
- Immediately report any safety concerns to the Service Manager
- Assist guests in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner
- Communicate with guests and dealership team members via text and phone calls
- Must not use the text feature while driving
- Establish and maintain rapport with guests, remaining aware of, and addressing their need
- Work closely with Service Lane team to resolve guest concerns or issues
- Assess guests’ needs, prioritize, and coordinate efficient routes for deliveries and pickups
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Pleasant, friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
- Highly professional and dependable
- Familiar with roads, highways, and interstates within the Madison County area
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Unrestricted driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens
- Ability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds several times during each shift
