Agreement Term - Contract to Hire

Work Shift:

1st shift: 7am-3:30pm (hard stop at 3:30) Monday-Friday.

MUST HAVE:

Must own Steel toe boots AT TIME OF OFFER.

Sweeping, janitorial (only cleaning warehouse/no restrooms etc), packing and repacking

Ability to read, count, sort, segregate, lift up to 50 lbs individually.

English Speaking.

Using an RF scanner (preferred).

Description:

0-3 Years of Experience, Responsible for packing / repacking products. Measures, weighs, and counts products and material; assembles, lines, and pads cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools; cleans containers, materials, supplies, or work area using and hand tools; examines and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met; loads products into package processing equipment, marks and labels containers, container tags, or products using marking tools; obtains, moves, and sorts products, materials, containers, and orders using hand tools; places and/or pours products or materials into containers using hand tools and equipment; records product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records; removes completed or defective products or materials; using tape gun.

Requires the ability to read, write, and understand English, basic arithmetic skills, good physical stamina and conditioning, and the ability to learn to understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making. Reports to Operations Manager.
