Position Summary:
As a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with experience in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team in all aspects of personal injury cases. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to ensure the efficient and successful resolution of cases.

Responsibilities:
Case Management:
Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to settlement or trial.
Conduct legal research, investigate facts, and gather relevant documentation.
Assist in the drafting and filing of legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
Client Communication:
Maintain regular contact with clients to provide case updates and gather necessary information.
Assist clients with the completion of required forms and documentation.
Discovery and Evidence Gathering:
Organize, review, and analyze medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents.
Coordinate with experts, witnesses, and opposing parties to schedule depositions and gather evidence.
Court Filings and Procedures:
Prepare and file legal documents with the courts in compliance with local rules and procedures.
Maintain a thorough understanding of court deadlines and ensure timely compliance.
Trial Preparation:
Assist in trial preparation, including preparing trial exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
Coordinate logistics for court appearances and ensure all necessary documents and evidence are readily available.
Billing and Administrative Tasks:
Track billable hours and expenses accurately.
Assist in administrative tasks, such as maintaining electronic and physical case files.
Legal Research:
Conduct legal research and provide attorneys with relevant case law, statutes, and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
Minimum of [5] years of experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal, with a strong focus on cases in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Proficiency in legal software and case management systems.
Strong knowledge of local court rules and procedures in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy in document preparation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
