The ideal candidate will be able to actively engage a diverse classroom of students using pedagogical techniques and methods appropriate for a teaching-oriented liberal arts college.  Candidates with expertise in Physics, Engineering-Physics, Applied Physics, and related fields are encouraged to apply. The candidate should be prepared to teach multiple sections of College Physics (lecture and laboratory). The teaching load for this position is 3.5 lecture courses per semester, so that a typical semester will include teaching 2 lecture courses and 3 lab courses.

 

Minimum Qualifications

Ph.D. in Physics or a closely-related field.
