Our client offers the following benefits:
$325,000 - $350,000 Salary Depending on experienceWe have medical / dental / vision after 60 days of employment PTO401 K that is a safe harbor & we match up to 4 %Short / long term disability that NS pays Life insurance 1 .5 times your salary CME - 5 days and $1500 5 sick days 9 paid holidaysMalpractice coveredJob Responsibilities The Medical Director is the administrative leader responsible for clinical quality within the organization. As such, The Medical Director provides advice and counsel to the CEO regarding a broad range of clinical, clinical policy, programmatic and strategic issues required to achieve the short and long-term strategies and objectives. The Medical Director works closely with members of the medical staff to maintain the highest quality of medical care, utilizing a team approach, and provides leadership and mentoring for quality programs.Together with the CEO, the Medical Director represents the interests and needs of our client to various organizations, as we move toward achieving the PCMH status, including meaningful use of electronic medical records.
Additional responsibilities for the Medical Director include:
M-F 8AM - 5PMPatient Centered Medical Home InitiativeMeaningful use of electronic health recordsDesign, implement and evaluate programsCollects and helps analyze data for monthly and annual reports for QI/QA initiatives and regulatory purposesAssist in developing protocols and procedures for clinic administration, reviewed annually.Job Requirements We are looking for dedicated and professional Medical Director who are committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Specific qualifications for the Medical Director role include:
3 years of Administrative or supervisory experience in a medical department.5 years of professional experience in one or more branches of medicine and surgery.Indiana Medical LicenseMust be board certified or board eligible in the field of specialtyAbility to bill through Medicaid and Medicare, and no history of fraudHolds valid Indiana CSRLicensingHolds valid Federal DEA licensing Please apply or send updated resume to or
