• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

• Board Certified:REQUIRED
• Active OH License & DEA:HIGHLY Preferred (Willing to consider IMLC)
• BLS Certification:REQUIRED
• Flu Vaccine:REQUIRED at the time of credentialing
• COVID Vaccine: Preferred
• Preference to candidates available for ALL listed dates

• Conventional Radiotherapy
• 3D Radiotherapy
• Photon Beam Radiation Therapy
• Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
• External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT
• External Beam Radiation - IGRT
