OB Laborist Locums Job in Kentucky November-January In House 24 Hour Call

November 29
December: 12/3, 12/6, 12/7, 12/10, 12/11, 12/23, 12/26, 12/28, 12/29, 12/30, 12/31
January: 1/1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/9, 1/10, 1/13, 1/15, 1/16, 1/17, 1/20, 1/21
Shift times: 24 hour laborist 7am-7am
Ongoing 15 shifts/month

Job Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible
State License Highly Preferred, can consider IMLC LOQ in hand
Other Certifications BLS/ACLS, DEA, and NRP required during credentialing
Malpractice Clean Preferred, but required for temporary privileges
Local candidate required

Job Details:
Setting: OB ED/hospitalist
Duties: Remain on site and perform Medical Screen exams for triage patients, attend and perform vaginal deliveries and C-sections as needed. Assist OB's on scheduled C-sections as needed. Round on postpartum patients and perform circumcisions as needed by on call providers.
Required Procedures: Vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, circumcisions
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: RN's and CST's
