A services organization in New Jersey is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a newOracle Procurement Consultant to their team. In this role, theOracle Procurement Consultantwill be responsible for providing strategic guidance, implementation support, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Procurement applications for clients.
This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.

TheOracle Procurement Consultant will:
- Focus will be on the contracts, purchasing, and sourcing modules by ensuring that clients effectively manage their procurement processes and maximize the value of their investments
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Procurement modulesby collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements, conducting system configurations, and customizing the solution to meet their needs
- Conduct detailed requirements-gathering sessions with clients to identify their procurement objectives, process improvements, and system integration needs
- Analyze and document requirements to develop a comprehensive solution design
- Design solutions that optimize procurement processes, enhance sourcing strategies, streamline contract management, and improve supplier collaboration
- Configure the system accordingly, ensuring alignment with best practices
- Develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate the functionality, accuracy, and performance of the Oracle Procurement system
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to resolve any issues identified during the testing phase
- Conduct end-user training sessions to educate clients on the effective use of Oracle Procurement modules
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing their queries and concerns promptly
- 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Procurement Consultant, focusing on Contracts, Purchasing, and Sourcing modules
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle fusion Procurement applications
- Proficiency in configuring Oracle Procurement applications to meet client requirements
- Experience conducting requirements Gathering Sessions, System Design, and System Integration activities
- Solid understanding of Procurement processes, Contract Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supplier Collaboration
- Previous work experience in Oracle Cloud Upgrade and or Cloud Migration
- Project Management skills
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience working with Rest APIs and Webservices
