Job Summary:
The Physician Liaison assists in the financial success of the practice through business development of physician referral relationships, practice promotion, and community awareness. The successful candidate will develop and implement the organization's physician outreach. This is a part-time position (3 days/week) consisting of 2 ½ days/week visiting practices and a ½ day of administrative work coordinating/scheduling meetings with physician offices.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating practice/physician meetings and events with referring physician offices:
- Initiates and coordinates opportunities to communicate directly with primary care physicians and specialists to promote services.
- Plans and executes promotional events and finds opportunities for practice to participate in community events such as health fairs and corporate events.
- Fosters patient engagement by managing and promoting original and related content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field/position.
Travel:
- Ability to travel to and work at various locations during the work week.
- A valid CO driver's license is required.
Skills Required:
- Strong computer/technology skills; highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates ability to use persuasive communication and relationship-building.
