- Procedural Logs: Required from every provider within the past 12 months, reflecting Central Lines, Intubations, & Vents
- State License: Ohio license - Required
- COVID Vaccination: Required
We are seeking an experienced Hospitalist to join our team near Kidron, OH. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our facility. Your primary responsibility will be managing and coordinating the care of patients admitted to our hospital, ensuring they receive timely and effective treatment.

- Daily Census: With a daily census of 31.6 patients, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the health and well-being of our community.
- Nightly Admissions: On average, we admit about 5-6 patients per night, providing you with a steady flow of cases to manage.
- Physician Shifts: Our physician shifts are structured to provide coverage around the clock, with (2) 7:00 am - 7:00 pm shifts and (1) 7:00 pm - 7:00 am shift.
- APP Shifts: In addition to physician coverage, we have (2) Advanced Practice Provider shifts from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm to support patient care.
- ICU Beds: We have 12 ICU beds available for patients requiring specialized care.
- Specialty Coverages: Our facility offers comprehensive specialty coverage, including Pulmonology, Surgery, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Pediatrics, Ophthalmology, and Interventional Radiology.
- Procedures: As a Hospitalist, you'll be responsible for a range of procedures, including intubation with assistance from RT, central line insertions, and vent management. Experience with additional procedures such as chest tubes and lumbar punctures is preferred.
