Summary: **Outpatient Chemotherapy and Infusion Center** Oncologist provides outpatient chemotherapy and infusions and is a solo provider. No hospital consults required with low volume remote call. MD can work directly with ER physician or hospitalist, for any admissions. No oncology inpatient services at local hospital.

Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation - Kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

On Call (Daily) 24hr remote call by phone - *** rate cap

Schedule/Availability Requirements:
Start Date: Looking for someone to start FT next year (6/16/25) for 6+ months
Schedule: M-Th 7:00 AM-5:30PM with night call then 24hr remote call coverage Fri-Sun
Facility Location: Red Bluff, CA
Setting: Outpatient clinic
FTE: 1.0 FTE
Duties: All aspects of Diagnosis, Staging, Precision Medicine, symptom management, and Treatment of Hematology/ Oncology Patients. MD oversight for both the Oncology/Hematology clinic and Infusion Services. Infusion Center requires MD onsite for all treatments. Infusion Center provides Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, Blood/Platelet transfusions, Hormone therapy, Antibiotic Therapy, Rheumatoid Arthritis injections, and Therapeutic Phlebotomies.
Required Procedures: N/A. Bone Marrow Biopsies are referred to outside provider
EMR: iKnowmed (Clinic) and Cerner (Infusion)
Support Staff: 1- clinic RN, 2-MAs, 2-front office clerks, 1-quality analyst/billing, and 3 infusions RNs.
Reason for Coverage: Locums one year is up

Rental Cars: ***/day all in cap (including taxes and fees) regardless of car class.

Requirements: **MSO requires the application completed within 3 days of being confirmed despite the start date!!**

Average daily census: 15-21 patients Mon-Thurs with 3/4 of appointments going on the MD schedule.
10 patients per day, 1-2 being new
Current call coverage: 24/7 each week with around 5 calls per day
