Essential Functions:
The physician serves as medical director for skilled nursing facilities, overseeing quality initiatives, compliance, and staff training. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive primary care, diagnosing and treating patients, and supervising NP/PAs. The role requires proficiency in electronic health record systems.

Shift Structure:
Flexible shifts, typically 2-3 days/week, with no nights or weekends. Rounding times are adaptable, starting between 7-10 a.m.
