Porter, Maine: We invite an experienced Primary Care Physician FP or IM or Med/Peds to lead the clinical team as MEDICAL DIRECTOR in an established community-focused rural health center (FQHC) serving 22,000 people in and around this historic town. This is a hands-on role where you will have administrative/ leadership and coaching responsibilities (25%) while also serving as a primary care physician and managing your own panel of patients (75%).Primary care here is outpatient-only with no OB. Collaborate with fellow physicians and a dedicated clinical and administrative team seeking to provide optimal health care for patients many of whom are uninsured or underinsured.
