- Compensation: Compensation is determined by level of experience. 1-2 yrs: $216,0003-6 yrs: $230,0007-17 yrs: $243,00018-24 yrs: $256,00025+ yrs: $270,000
- Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance, free of any monthly premium charge for the employee. Paid leave includes 5 weeks paid vacation, 11 holidays, 5 paid sick days, and 5 days for CME with $4,500 allowance. Loan repayment options via NHSC and SLRP. 403(b) or 457(b) retirement plans.
