Responsibilities

Ascension Wisconsin is looking for a Family Medicine Physician for our Green Bay Road Clinic in Racine.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Wisconsinto provide medical services to patients.

• OPPORTUNITY

  • Join a well-established practice consisting of:
  • 2 Family Medicine Physicians
  • 1 APP
  • 1 Internal Medicine Physician
  • 2 Pediatricians
  • Ancillary Staff Support
  • Ability to grow practice quickly
  • Full Range of Family Medicine, including newborns
  • Practice Opportunity will be 100% outpatient
  • option for OB if desired
  • Provider 36 patient contact hours per week
  • Expanded access hours allows for flexibility in scheduling
  • Call is shared amongst Family Medicine Providers
  • Approximately once every 10-14 days
  • Phone only (no inpatient responsibilities), facilitated by Nurse Triage

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
• Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred. Verified by local Credentialing Office.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
