• Ascension Wisconsin is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic full time (36 hours) Internal Medicine Pediatrics or Family Medicine Physician to join our collegial group at our Germantown Clinic in Germantown, WI.

  • Clinic hours:
  • Monday-Friday: 7:15 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Saturdays in clinic required only when on call
  • Flexibility in schedule
  • Services: dermatology, podiatry, ortho, gyn, express care
  • Procedures: fracture casting, laceration repair, injections, joint injections, skin biopsies

Required Credential(s):
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Preferred Credential(s):
Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA). Verified by local Credentialing Office.

Education:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
