Fremont Family Medicine is looking for a Physician to join their busy practice caring for patients across the generational spectrum. Practice currently has 7 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers.
Team-based care is supplemented with social work, behavioral health, pharmacy, care managers, medical assistants working one-to-one with the physicians. Large practice population located steps from Gerber Hospital with full laboratory, radiology, PT/OT and specialty and surgical services.

Qualifications
Required - Bachelors Degree
BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine
LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
