About the Job
We seek a skilled Compensation Analyst to oversee physician compensation, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and organizational policies. The Compensation Analyst will play a vital role in maintaining accurate compensation records, identifying discrepancies, and supporting the implementation of compensation programs to attract and retain top talent in our medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to employed and independent physicians and advanced practice providers under contractual agreements.
- Identify and report any irregularities or discrepancies in compensation payments to the Senior Vice President of Operations.
- Implement and maintain standard policies and procedures related to physician compensation programs.
- Support the development and implementation of compensation structures, including incentives, supplemental compensation, educational loan payments, and other miscellaneous payments.
- Conduct analytical work to evaluate the effectiveness and fairness of compensation systems.
- Process all supplemental compensation payments, including signing bonuses, stipends, incentives, and additional clinical hours, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- 2+ to 5 years of experience in compensation analysis or related field.
- Healthcare experience is required.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
