About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for an outpatient position with leadership responsibilities in Denville, NJ. This role is designed for a motivated healthcare professional who is eager to take on leadership duties while providing high-quality care to pediatric patients.
In this position, you will manage a caseload of 15-20 patients per day, serving a patient demographic comprised of 70% Commercial and 30% Medicaid. There is no time between patient appointments, allowing for a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
The position offers a flexible schedule with part-time requirements, working a minimum of 3 days a week, including 1-2 late nights per week from 12:00pm-7:00pm and Saturday shifts from 9:00am-1:00pm once every three weeks. There is also the option to move to full-time. On-call responsibilities will occur once every 3 weeks, covering the weekend, but there are no hospital rounding duties.
Compensation: Competitive salary range based on experience and training. Requirements:
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- ACLS certification
- Active New York State Medical License
