An established orthopedic practice in Jackson, MS is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join their team of general orthopedists. The role involves assisting in surgery, seeing patients in the clinic and on the floor, with a Monday-Friday schedule and some call requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient and first assist services
• Examine patients and their medical records
• Order and study diagnostic tests
• Diagnose health conditions and prescribe medications
• Maintain accurate records and educate patients

Qualifications:

• Active Mississippi state license
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
