Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care. - Lyle Health.

An established practice in Pawtucket, RI is looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their primary care team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with a Monday to Friday schedule, treating patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient services
• Assess patient health through interviews and physical exams
• Offer counsel and medical treatment
• Educate patients on wellness and health maintenance
• Develop and implement patient management plans

Qualifications:

• Active Rhode Island State License
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent communication skills
