A well-established urology practice in Neptune, New Jersey, is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their collaborative team. This role focuses on outpatient care with some inpatient rounding and minimal call requirements, promoting an excellent work-life balance.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urological conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Perform patient assessments, order diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
• Assist in urologic procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care.
• Conduct inpatient rounding and coordinate care for hospitalized patients.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Licensure in New Jersey (or eligibility).
• Experience in urology preferred but not required; training available.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
