Advanced Practice Provider ( NP or PA-C ) Neuro Interventional Radiology
GHR healthcare is partnered with a nationally recognized health system in the Bay Area of California seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a Neuro Interventional Radiology contract. The Provider will be responsible for coverage of the Neuro IR service line working both inpatient and outpatient settings providing care to patients across the lifespan.

GHR healthcare is partnered with a nationally recognized health system in the Bay Area of California seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a Neuro Interventional Radiology contract. The Provider will be responsible for coverage of the Neuro IR service line working both inpatient and outpatient settings providing care to patients across the lifespan.
Job Details
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $4,800 -$5,600 weekly
- Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
- Start Date: 4/1/2024
- Shift: 7a -4p or 8a-5p Monday to Friday; no call, no nights, no weekends. 40 hours weekly
- Duration: 13-26 Week Contract
Job Requirements
- 3 years of Advanced Practice Clinical Experience within Neuro ICU, procedural, surgical or Neuro IR
- Valid California License as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
- DEA in California
Responsibilities
- Providing patient screenings, H&Ps, writing orders, rounding with physicians and writing notes
- Screening patients prior to procedures and conduct follow-up post procedure
- Providing patient care before neuro interventional procedures, follow-up patient care and inpatient rounds
- Conduct patient screenings and assessments in outpatient setting
