Join a hospital employed anesthesia group that consists of 3 MD's and 6 CRNA's Epic EMR No medical supervision of CRNA's MD's take backup call only; CRNA's take first call; no "in-house" call Two weeks on/One week off schedule (17 weeks off) First week backup call/running the OR board, 2nd week in OR doing your own cases Excellent base compensation + quality bonus and benefits Sign on, relocation, CME allowance, paid malpractice insurance ER is a level 3 trauma; no heart surgery Fully independent, not for profit regional medical center Approximately 183,000 patient encounters per month and houses western Nebraska's only: Heart Institute.
